For all personalized orders, please re-check all your information very carefully prior to finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or mistakes made during your order process. Once an order is received, we will process it exactly as your order instructs us. If you find you have made an error, please contact us immediately to see if we can correct the error prior to production.

For personalized, in-stock items our normal production time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Special orders or custom embroidery times vary based on individual production times. Please contact us if you have any questions about a particular product.

If you need an order sooner than our normal processing time, we can offer rush service processing for an additional charge of $20. Expedited delivery charges will also be applied separately.

Personalization costs for most in-stock items range from $8.00 to $15.00, unless otherwise noted, and are listed on the individual product detail pages. Special order or custom embroidery are based on an individual basis and are priced accordingly. Please contact us for additional information.

While we offer personalization for many of our products, not all products may be easily personalized. We have carefully chosen the personalization options for each product after they have been tested to get the best results possible.

Absolutely. You may chose to send a gift certificate for a dollar amount or choose a gift from our Create-a-Gift program. Create-a-Gift is a wonderful way to send a customized gift to a special person.

A monogram is a letter or combination of letters of a person(s) used primarily on clothing, linens, and other similar products.

We offer various styles of traditional three-letter monogram, as well as
single letter monogram. A three letter monogram places the individual or
couple’s last initial in the center (usually larger) between two other
initials. Please be sure to check your entry carefully - we will personalize
your item EXACTLY as you enter them on your order.
Monogram styles:
Three letter monogram:
- individual: (first, LAST, middle)
- couple: (husband’s first, couple’s LAST, wife’s first)
Single letter monogram:
- individual informal (clothing, accessories): FIRST initial
- individual formal (towels, linens, stationery): LAST initial
- couple formal: couple’s LAST initial

Embroidery is the process of using thread to place stitches in a set pattern on products to create a picture, name/monogram, or saying.

Most colors are available for custom embroidered items. We have indicated the most popular colors that look best with individual products. Please note that settings vary for individual monitors and may not always reflect the actual color exactly as pictured.
We strive to ensure our customers receive the best quality products and service. Should the choice of personalization color not look its best with the product chosen, we will contact you to offer a more pleasing color alternative. The final choice will always be up to the individual customer.

If a particular color is not listed for an individual product, kindly let us know so we may see if it is available for the item you are interested in. If it not available, we would be happy to suggest an alternative color that would work as well.

Absolutely. All personalized items are offered with the option to order without any personalization. If you do not wish to have the item personalized, please leave the personalization option blank. You will not be charged the cost of personalization.

We do not offer samples or proofs for our stock embroidered products prior to production. If you require a proof before we start your order, we will email you a sample graphic of the stitchout for a fee of $20.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item. If the same personalization and/or design are used on more than one product in an order, you will only be charged for one proof. If the name, monogram, design, and/or layout vary in any way other than color, an additional charge will be incurred for each proof submitted.
Custom embroidery orders requiring digitizing services will include proof submissions free of charge.
